Talent Acquisition & Engagement - Senior Executive (India based role - Hyderabad)

FD recently opened its own entity in India to support our expanding international and cross-border client base. We are not your typical firm of accountants and we like doing things differently. Our team members have the opportunity to be involved in global consulting and advisory client facing roles in a fast growing and exciting new business in India, which is part of our established and highly regarded accountancy firms in the US and UK.

You will join the People & Culture team at FD India (Hyderabad)  to support FD India's growth by managing end-to-end recruitment while driving employee engagement, employee experience, culture, communications and employer branding initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Own end-to-end recruitment across FD India.
• Partner with hiring managers on sourcing and candidate selection.
• Manage candidate communication, interviews, offers and pre-joining processes.
• Own the candidate experience from offer acceptance through joining.
• Maintain ATS records, recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Talent & Employer Branding

• Conduct talent market mapping and provide hiring insights.
• Develop and manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment content.
• Partner with Marketing on people-related content and social media.
• Manager internal and external marketing content and communication.

Employee Experience & Engagement

• Co-own the employee engagements and initiatives.
• Plan and execute employee events, culture initiatives and internal campaigns.
• Develop employee communications, newsletters and people-related content.
• Gather employee feedback and support improvements to the employee experience.
• Support L&D initiatives, training coordination and employee development programs.

P&C Initiatives & Analytics

• Maintain talent and recruitment dashboards and provide insights.
• Support workforce planning and other P&C initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve talent, engagement and employee experience processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, BBA, BCom, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and with candidates.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and initiatives.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with HR systems and ATS platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• A genuine interest in talent, employee experience, engagement, culture and building a positive workplace.
