Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition - EC Recruitment Coordinator at Mercer. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will support the Early Career Recruiting team, focusing on graduates, interns, and apprentices. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work with urgency amidst competing deadlines. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.
We will count on you to:

Maintaining and updating job descriptions; business summaries and program descriptions

Oversee Job Posting, Panel Scheduling, First Screening, offer letters, University contracts and tracking of candidates.

Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including office visits, virtual interviews, video conferences, and debrief meetings

Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and interviewers regarding interview scheduling, confirmations, and feedback

Assist in collecting and tracking interviewer feedback

Responsible for generating and sending offer letters and managing the collection of new hire paperwork

Responsible for gathering contract signatures from both candidate and University and guarantee that those contracts are e-file accordingly.

Review Early Careers applications to ensure candidates are minimally qualified for the programme they have applied for

Administer invoices/payments and reconcile monthly meeting credit cards

Coordinate Background Checks to on-board students

Use Excel to ensure proper tracking of events, reqs, candidates, and offers

Perform other recruitment duties and projects as assigned
What you need to have:
-
BA/BS degree
-
1-2 years of coordination experience, preferably on a Early Career (Graduates, Interns and Apprentices) recruiting or professional services team

Excellent Communication skills (written and spoken)

Extremely organized and can help improve processes and streamline procedures

Experience working in a support position within a high volume, detail-oriented environment

Team Player able to work with a virtual team

Ability to learn quickly
-
Knowledge of web-based candidate tracking system and reporting (Workday a strong plus)

Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
