We’re looking for a Trainer Operations TA Coordinator to join our team and help make the recruitment, onboarding, and overall trainer experience run smoothly.
This role is a great fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with admin work, and enjoys finding better and easier ways to do things. You’ll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team and other departments to make sure trainers have a clear and smooth experience from the time they are hired through onboarding and beyond.
You don’t need to be an automation expert, but you should be someone who is naturally curious, likes improving processes, and isn’t afraid to say, “There has to be a better way to do this.”
What you'll doHelp manage the admin side of hiring and onboarding our trainers around the world.
Prepare job offers, contracts, and MOAs, and keep track of renewals.
Collect requirements and make sure new hires are ready to start.
Help new trainers get set up with their accounts, tools, and systems.
Conduct new hire orientations and make sure they know what to expect from day one.
Coordinate training schedules with other teams and make sure nothing gets missed.
Help manage assessments, interviews, calendars, reminders, and rescheduling.
Keep trainer information and documents organized and up to date.
Support the team with trainer offboarding and other day-to-day admin tasks.
Look for ways to make our processes easier, faster, and less manual, and help us automate repetitive tasks.
You're organized and good at keeping track of details.
You can manage several things at once without losing track of what needs to be done.
You're comfortable with admin work, but you also like finding ways to make things better.
You're a good communicator and aren't afraid to follow up when something needs to get done.
You're comfortable working with different teams and people from different countries.
You're willing to learn new tools and figure things out when needed.
You enjoy improving processes and are curious about automation.
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR, or operations is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much.
