We are seeking a talented individual to join our Talent Acquisition Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Manila, Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
In this role, you will support high-volume interview coordination and recruitment administration, helping to create a smooth experience for candidates, interviewers and hiring teams. You will play an important part in scheduling interviews, tracking feedback, preparing offer documentation and supporting onboarding-related activities.
We will count on you to:
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews and related logistics, including office visits, virtual interviews and video conferences
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates and interviewers regarding schedules, confirmations and feedback
- Assist with collecting and tracking interviewer feedback to support an efficient hiring process
- Prepare and send offer letters and manage the collection of new hire paperwork
- Coordinate background checks for student onboarding activities
- Use Excel to track events, requirements, candidates and offers accurately
- Support additional recruitment tasks and projects as assigned
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in both Japanese and English, written and spoken
- Legal working rights in the Philippines
- 1–2 years of coordination experience, ideally in recruiting or professional services
- Well-developed communication and organisational skills
- Experience in a support role within a high-volume, detail-oriented environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with web-based candidate tracking systems, with Workday an advantage
