Cottage Health seeks a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is responsible for providing support to the Talent Acquisition Team to create a best in class candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide coordination support while maintaining communication with candidates and provide updates and support throughout the recruiting lifecycle. This role will manage the onboarding process for new hires and help prepare the new hire for their first day of employment and orientation. They will also provide administrative support for programs and projects such as the Employee Referral Program, marketing and branding campaigns, candidate inquiries, and other projects that impact the candidate experience. Responsibilities include:

1. Supports the Pre-boarding and On-boarding process for new hires into Cottage Health in accordance with legal and policy requirements. Coordinates appointments with new hires to complete paperwork and physicals. Ensures necessary clearances are obtained prior to start date (licensure verification, certifications, physical and background check, and work authorization). Assists with Orientation Day as needed.
2. Provides support for company events (sponsored or attending) including Meet & Greets, on-site interviews, new hire events, on and off-campus events.
3. Processes new hire incentives, such as employee referral bonuses, sign-on bonuses, rental assistance, and relocation reimbursement.
4. Acts as a resource to potential employees, current employees, and management regarding job openings and Recruitment policies and procedures.
5. Will be the liaison between Talent Acquisition and the internal Marketing Team to help build and maintain Recruitment Marketing and Branding collateral such as interview and on-boarding packets, email campaigns, as well as maintain up to date content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
6. Welcomes and checks in new employees to orientation and follows up on missing paperwork if applicable.
7. Provides administrative support for internal Talent Acquisition programs or projects such as the Employee Referral Program, online marketing campaigns, candidate inquiries, and other projects that will help build candidate pipelines and impact candidate experience.
8. Performs all duties while demonstrating behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s culture and values. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Minimum: Associate degree or combination of education and experience, using the standard of two years of experience equals one year of college.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Basic user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred: Experience with HRIS Systems (Oracle Cloud preferred)
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: Experience managing multiple, competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively by email and phone with internal and external customers. Polished and professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Preferred: Two (2) years experience in a recruitment setting. Two (2) years related customer service and office experience.
