Join Cisco's Preboarding Administration & Candidate Experience (PACE) team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Trainee, where you will gain comprehensive exposure to the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with talent advisors, business stakeholders, asset management, and external candidates, learning how the entire recruitment process operates within a global HR environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop both behavioral and technical skills, including presentation abilities, Excel proficiency, and practical usage of AI tools in recruitment processes.

Preferred Qualifications
* Completed 3-year Non-Engineering degrees (B.Com, BBA, BA, BBM etc.)
* You must have graduated in 2025/2026 and should have Provisional Degree Certificate.
* Must be available for a period of 12 months starting Sept 2026
* Basic Knowledge of MS office tools
* Good communication skills, passion & desire to learn, "Can do" attitude, proactive engagement, solutions seeking & a team player.
* Must have enrolled as a "student" on https://nats.education.gov.in/ and have a valid student enrolment number issued by NATS.
