The Talent Acquisition Associate administers policies relating to pre-hiring and post-hiring activity.
- Review and input information into pre-employment systems (ADP Recruiting Management, E-screen, ADP Vantage) to assist in onboarding external candidates and processing internal transfers
- Review and organize both electronic and paper pre-employment files
- Aid in onboarding of new hires/transfers to include:
- System administration and interactions with candidates via email and phone
- Support with creating and extending offer letters to internal and external candidates
- Respond to inquiries from managers regarding status of candidates
- Process background checks by role and location, including coordinating pre-employment drug screenings, physicals, fingerprinting, and/or additional state required screenings
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent observation and perception
- Strong understanding of employment laws
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Professional demeanor
Education and Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years of previous employment
- Human Resources with emphasis in recruiting or onboarding is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in business-related field, preferred
- High School Diploma or GED, required
Physical Demands:
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
