We work collaboratively with the Victorian State Government to ensure we fulfill regulatory requirements, deliver State projects and safeguard customer data. The Victorian State Government retains sole responsibility for road access, infrastructure and safety.
Annual Salary Range: Up to $115,000 + super (commensurate with experience)

Sitting within the broader People and Culture team, the Talent Acquisition function delivers a comprehensive end-to-end recruitment service. We leverage the tools LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn networks, job postings, SEEK, and our applicant tracking system Workday. Our goal is to provide a candidate-first hiring experience while partnering closely with stakeholders to advise on and execute recruitment strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, specialising in Technology recruitment, to join us on a 24-month maximum term contract. In this role, you’ll be embedded within key portfolios, including Engineering, Architecture & Strategy, Cloud, and EPMO. You’ll be responsible for delivering effective hiring campaigns that align with best-practice recruitment methodologies. A key focus of the role is creating meaningful candidate experiences, underpinned by clear communication and transparency throughout the process.

The skills and experience required include, but are not limited to the following:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment within fast-paced environments such as consulting firms, startups, or digital transformation organisations.
- 5+ Years recruiting within a technology environment
- 2+ Years in an internal Enterprise or Consulting environment
- High-level interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to liaise and communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of management and staff, as well as a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to navigate complex business processes and independently identify solutions while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Build strong and collaborative customer relationships based on superior service and actively plans and implements service improvement initiatives and effectively addresses service issues.

We have over 40 essential vehicle and driver registration and licensing services under our umbrella, with more than half (and counting) available online. We are responsible for registering over 6.5 million vehicles and issuing over 6.2 million licences for cars, motorcycles, heavy vehicles and boats. Each year we also securely process millions of online transactions and provide personalised support at our 44 customer service centres. We’re on a mission to modernise our systems, invest in new technologies and deliver innovations to streamline our services and improve customer experience, making it even easier for Victorians to get on the move.
