Own the full B2B sales lifecycle for Business Plates, from outbound prospecting and partnership development through negotiation, closing, implementation, and account growth. Build and manage a qualified pipeline, develop tailored customer solutions, maintain Salesforce records and forecasts, and achieve acquisition and revenue targets across corporate, fleet, sporting, membership, affinity, and commercial partner segments.

Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, secure, and high-performing web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks. Translate designs into scalable user interfaces, optimize performance, integrate REST, GraphQL, and WebSockets APIs, and follow strong testing and engineering practices. Collaborate with Product, UX, Security, Architecture, and Engineering teams while mentoring developers and promoting code quality, accessibility, and continuous improvement.

Designs and implements scalable, secure data architectures using Databricks and AWS. Responsibilities include enterprise data modeling, governance, platform architecture, data integration, ETL/ELT and streaming workflows, pipeline optimization, and technical mentorship. The role partners with stakeholders and data engineers to align architecture with business, analytics, compliance, and future-state technology requirements.

Drive enterprise revenue for VicRoads’ data products by developing strategic sales initiatives, building pipelines, shaping commercially viable propositions, and closing complex B2B deals. Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through contract execution, engaging senior and technical stakeholders across finance, insurance, telecommunications, utilities, and infrastructure. Collaborate with Product, Data, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams to align customer needs with scalable, compliant data solutions.

Lead VicRoads’ End User Computing environment, managing Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, endpoint security, patching, application packaging, automation, and device lifecycle management. Serve as the senior escalation point for complex EUC issues, partner with cybersecurity and project teams, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement across workplace technology. The role requires expertise across Windows, macOS, and Android, along with stakeholder engagement and travel to customer service centres as needed.

Supports enterprise-wide stakeholder engagement, communications, advocacy, policy, and organisational change initiatives. The role develops briefs, submissions, communications materials, stakeholder maps, engagement strategies, and executive advice while coordinating consultations and working groups. It partners with Technology, People and Culture, Change, Corporate Affairs, government, and business teams on AI governance, digital identity, workplace relations, road safety, regulatory reform, and transformation programs.
