Lead resource capacity planning and management for the project portfolio. Collaborate with practice leads and people managers to align supply and demand, run demand forums, analyse timesheet and allocation data, produce utilisation and workforce reports, manage access and compliance for non-production environments, and drive PPM tool, process and reporting improvements to support delivery and budget alignment.

Provide portfolio data analysis, maintain portfolio and pipeline registers, deliver dashboards and executive reporting, support governance, improve PPM tools/templates, and provide project setup and assurance support across the EPMO.

Partner with Technology leadership, ELT and Finance to support performance management and investment decisions.

Lead and optimise end-user computing (EUC) environments including device management, application packaging, patching, security uplift and automation. Serve as technical escalation for complex EUC/AV issues, collaborate with Cybersecurity and stakeholders, represent EUC in projects, and lead and mentor engineers to improve reliability, compliance, and user experience.

Deliver end-to-end technology recruitment across Engineering, Architecture, Cloud and EPMO portfolios. Execute hiring campaigns, source and engage candidates, manage the applicant tracking process, advise stakeholders on recruitment strategy, and build sustainable talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience and regulatory compliance.

Lead and own the enterprise environment model to ensure stable, secure, production-aligned environments across development, test, staging and production. Define standards, lifecycle policies, governance, provisioning automation and readiness practices. Coordinate across Product, Engineering, Cloud, Security and vendors to manage configurations, integrations, test data, observability, cost controls and release/change processes. Drive continuous improvement, IaC, self-service and FinOps to reduce risk, improve release confidence and optimise environment costs and availability.

Lead enterprise-wide Product & Experience portfolio including Product Management, Customer & Service Design, Digital Channels, Registration & Licensing and Data Products. Define and execute long-term product and experience vision, drive digital transformation, build product capability, lead cross-functional high-performing teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable customer, operational and commercial outcomes in a regulated government environment.
