You will own and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle — from proactive sourcing and attraction through to assessment, selection, and offer management. This includes leading our graduate and intern recruitment strategies across APAC, working closely with universities, managing marketing campaigns, and coordinating recruitment activity for entry-level talent.
You will also be a key partner to hiring managers for experienced roles, advising on inclusive recruitment strategies, running tailored hiring campaigns, and championing a seamless, high quality candidate experience.
Given the collaborative nature of our team and the small size of our local office, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our P&C Operations Advisor, and to occasionally support broader P&C Operations and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives — gaining valuable exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
We are a close-knit, high-performing, and supportive team that values curiosity, accountability, and shared success. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and enjoy working across a variety of projects and talent areas, this could be the ideal next step for you.

- Attend and organise in-person and virtual attraction events (e.g. careers fairs, Aurora insight days)
- Partner with Early Careers and Marketing teams to enhance employer branding and talent campaigns
- Report on recruitment progress and share insights with stakeholders
- Contribute to cross-regional TA projects and process improvements
- Collaborate with the P&C Operations Advisor and provide support for onboarding, offboarding, and L&D delivery as required
