Use Aurora's energy market models to perform quantitative analysis, monitor market developments, develop client presentations and workshops, and contribute to analytical tools and thought leadership for utilities, investors, governments and NGOs.

Support development and deployment of energy-focused software products by analyzing large datasets, applying advanced analytics, testing features, collecting client feedback, measuring product metrics, managing feature delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and roadmap priorities.

Serve as the Oxford office's front desk hub: greet visitors, manage calls, monitor access, handle mail and meeting bookings, support office administration, maintain security and tidy reception areas, and collaborate with Business Infrastructure & Operations.

Structure economic problems, derive insights from model results, present findings, engage clients, and contribute to product development and capability expansion.

Design and deliver a role-based Salesforce learning and adoption programme across commercial teams. Assess capability, create training strategy, develop instructor-led and e-learning content, establish CRM best practices, improve adoption, data quality, governance, and measure success across Sales, BD, Account Management and Commercial Ops.

Own and govern the corporate website strategy, roadmap, and backlog.
