Position Summary
Accountable for developing strategic reporting dashboards, analytics, and predictive modeling that drive insights for business decisions and performance management across Service Operations. Will aid peers in training and coaching within key development tools.
Responsibilities:
1. Develops, implements and maintains reports, dashboards and analytic tools to support Service Operations senior leaders and business partners. Deliver high quality insights to identify trends and risks to manage operational performance and support strategic business decisions.
2. Develops, implements and maintains consistent processes for managing high volume of complex work and governance. Builds tools that are stable, efficient, and beneficial to business partners.
3. Executes continuous improvement to reduce waste and increase efficiency ensuring best practices for data analytics, visualization, and predictive modeling.
4. Act as technical administrator for Tableau workspace and aid team in executing development and sharing best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Deep expertise in strategic execution of data analytics and tools (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, Access, GCP, etc).
• Alteryx and Tableau are essential.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Mastery of collaboration, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in healthcare operations/customer service with knowledge of all lines of business.
Contact center/claims knowledge preferred
We support a hybrid work environment. If selected and you live near a suitable work location, you may be expected to comply with the hybrid work policy. Under the policy, all hires for in-scope populations should be placed into a hybrid or office-based location, working onsite three days a week.
Aetna Service Operations office/hub locations will be discussed with the selected candidate.
Education
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $119,340.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
