- Realizar mantenimiento de motores eléctricos, bombas, tableros eléctricos, sistemas de iluminación, compresores y demás equipos de producción.
- Ejecutar inspecciones periódicas de maquinaria e infraestructura para prevenir fallas.
- Apoyar el montaje, instalación y puesta en marcha de nuevos equipos.
- Realizar reparaciones locativas básicas en instalaciones, puertas, estructuras, plomería, pintura y cerrajería cuando la operación lo requiera.
- Atender oportunamente los requerimientos de mantenimiento en las diferentes áreas de producción, almacenamiento y despacho.
- Registrar las actividades realizadas en el sistema de mantenimiento.
- Solicitar repuestos y materiales necesarios para la ejecución de los trabajos.
- Cumplir con los procedimientos de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST), Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y demás normas de inocuidad alimentaria.
- Mantener el orden y limpieza del área de trabajo y de las herramientas asignadas.
- Atender emergencias técnicas que puedan afectar la continuidad de la operación.

Skills Required
- Perform maintenance on electric motors, pumps, electrical panels, lighting systems, compressors and production equipment
- Execute periodic machinery and infrastructure inspections to prevent failures
- Support assembly, installation and commissioning of new equipment
- Perform basic facility repairs: doors, structures, plumbing, painting and locksmith tasks
- Record maintenance activities in the maintenance system
- Request necessary spare parts and materials for work execution
- Comply with Safety and Health at Work (SST), Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM) and food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and order of work area and assigned tools
- Respond to technical emergencies that may affect operational continuity
