About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our Revenue Operations organization as Vice President. This role will lead the Business Development support function and provide oversight for Revenue Operations for LAC and NAM business.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, operational expertise, and execution rigor to translate business priorities into actionable programs that enhance productivity, customer experience, and revenue realization. Key responsibilities will include:
White-glove BD support for high value deals and Strategic accounts
- Ensure high-quality deal execution, operational rigor, and seamless sales lifecycle support from Deal Desk
Strategic Regional Partner for LAC and NAM
- Understand market needs, priorities and pain-points
- Maintain key stakeholder relationships with BD, A&CS and regional functional leads
- Manage escalations and incidents
Collaboration with global Revenue Operations Process leads
- Partner closely with global process owners ensuring effective execution while incorporating regional nuances
- Governance and oversight for local process operations teams
Talent management for Bogota Revenue Operations hub
- Support in hiring and grooming of local talent pool
- Invest in building the right team culture and collaboration
All about you
15+ years of experience in Business Development, Transformation, Consulting, or Revenue/Sales Operations
Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue lifecycle (sales, contracting, order management, billing, revenue assurance)
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
Experience in B2B Services / SaaS environments
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, O2C, Business Process Management, Workflow automation
Experience in working in large matrixed organizations with global presence
Mandatory: Spanish Proficiency
Education Needed: Undergraduate degree required
