Overview
The Manager, Network Products will help drive innovation across Mastercard's global core payments network. This role will support execution on a strategic, multi-year transformation to design and deliver advanced network solutions. Our new initiatives will incorporate cutting-edge products, services, and capabilities to elevate network performance, reliability, and scalability for our customers, partners, and service providers. The role will support PMO activities across Mastercard's Network Products portfolio, with a primary focus on driving execution and aligning product teams. The role will help coordinate rollouts across products and markets, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and readiness.
The role:• Support broader PMO activities for the coordinated delivery of Mastercard's Network Products portfolio, ensuring alignment across workstreams and products• Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives and cross-functional projects• Track and report on program status, KPIs, risks, and dependencies, providing executive-ready updates• Prepare executive materials, including status updates, governance reviews, and program dashboards• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for product processes, updates, and enablement materials to elevate organizational effectiveness and decision-making• Identify process improvements to strengthen execution and accelerate delivery
About you:• Experienced product/program manager with a background in payments, financial services, or FinTech• Strong understanding of payment network operations and core card transaction processing (authorization and clearing)• Proven track record of driving PMO execution across complex, multi-workstream programs• Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and BizOps• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort preparing executive-ready materials• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority• Strong execution discipline, attention to detail, and a bias for action
