To further strengthen our System Solution Design team, we are looking for a System Solution Designer in Poland.
You will be part of a highly collaborative, international environment and work in agile, interdisciplinary teams with a global scope. The role can be performed remotely within Poland, with occasional readiness for international collaboration and meetings.
We are seeking a Systems Solution Designer responsible for developing and implementing intralogistics and automation solutions tailored to customer needs. The role combines technical design, data analysis, and project support from concept through to final delivery. This position requires close collaboration with sales, customers, and suppliers to deliver efficient, innovative system solutions.
Your tasks
Designing intralogistics storage and automation solutions
Analysing warehouse and performance data
Creating technical documentation such as drawings, interface descriptions, process flow diagrams, schedules, and cost calculations
Supporting projects from the initial customer meeting through to final acceptance
Working closely with our sales team and external suppliers
Acting as a technical point of contact for customers and internal project stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the development of our product portfolio
Your profile
Degree or completed technical education in mechanical engineering, design, logistics or intralogistics (automation background is a strong plus) with first experience in a related positions
Additional training in project management is an advantage, especially within intralogistics or mechanical engineering
Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel (MS Project is a plus)
Experience working with CAD and technical drawing tools
Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
