We are seeking a skilled, motivated Systems Operations & Administrator to join our Networking SW group. You will procure, install, operate, and troubleshoot lab and data-center infrastructure, helping ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and ready for engineering use. This dynamic and fast-paced environment will require strong problem-solving skills and system-level debugging expertise, along with effective teamwork among exceptional engineers across NVIDIA's global sites.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead infrastructure procurement, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, delivery readiness, and hardware lifecycle activities from acquisition through deployment.

  • Build, configure, ramp, and maintain computing systems—including servers, workstations, network switches, virtualization platforms, and remote-management interfaces.

  • Monitor infrastructure health, capacity, availability, and performance; coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution to minimize downtime.

  • Diagnose and resolve system-level issues spanning hardware, firmware, power-on and boot processes, operating systems, software compatibility, network communications, and containers.

  • Partner with engineering, IT, facilities, and network teams; maintain runbooks, asset records, rack layouts, cabling documentation, and operational processes.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

  • 5+ years of experience in the technology industry, with practical familiarity with enterprise networking standards, protocols, and infrastructure practices.

  • Strong Linux administration skills, hands-on lab experience, and experience with server hardware, storage, virtualization, and remote-management tools.

  • Solid understanding of data-center infrastructure, including racks, power, cooling, structured cabling, network switches, and coordinating hardware from acquisition to deployment.

  • Strong networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls, and network troubleshooting tools.

  • Ability to automate and troubleshoot operational tasks using scripting and generative AI tools

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 3, and 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
