About the team

Our Customer Experience Worldpayers are at the heart of it all — enabling us to provide world-class support to customers. Unwavering dedication and full of enthusiasm, they’re always finding ways for us to grow together.

We are a team of 15+ responsible for L1/L2 support for all WP customer MF BATCH/file issues. Worldpay Production Control team + responsible for L1/L2 support for all WP customer  Mainframe Batch/file issue.

What you’ll own

• First point of contact for all customer for all
• Responsible for L1/L2 Mainframe based jobs/file related issue
• We work 24*7 on Rotational Basis.
• Investigate known batch job error condition and follow correction process. 
• Maintain production scheduling system and work procedure, other related duties.

What you bring

• 1-2 years of experience into Mainframe, IBM scheduler is mandatory.
• Should understand ServiceNow, JCL, OPC/TWS.
• Excellent communication & Client Interaction skills.
