Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of professional experience in lieu of degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or comparable applications
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to set, follow, and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Minimum one year of professional experience with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, Access, or Tableau
- Minimum one year of professional experience with Agile development and project management practices
- Minimum one year of professional experience with Interface processing of large data groups
- Minimum one year of professional experience with LDH systems or programs utilized by the Department
