Who are we looking for
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to lead the coordination and execution of new customer Gateway deployments and the upgrading of existing environments. This pivotal role focuses on validating customer infrastructure readiness, ensuring seamless end-to-end connectivity, and guaranteeing the successful operationalization of our Skan components.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Readiness
- Lead the coordination of new customer Gateway deployments from initial planning through to completion.
- Validate customer infrastructure readiness to ensure all technical prerequisites (networking, compute, storage) are met prior to deployment.
- Work closely with the Deployment department to coordinate timelines and ensure a seamless operationalization process.
- Manage and execute the technical aspects of upgrading existing customer environments.
Connectivity & Environment Assurance
- Perform comprehensive end-to-end connectivity testing between the three core Skan components (VA, Cloud, and Gateway).
- Ensure all customer environments are fully operational following deployment and upgrade activities.
- Act as the key contact for the technical transition of customers from Proof of Concept (POC) to Production, ensuring the new production environment meets enterprise standards.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation for system architecture, configurations, and deployment procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 5-7 years in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role, with a strong focus on large-scale deployments and infrastructure management.
Technical Proficiency
- Extensive experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix system administration.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience with system monitoring and logging tools.

- Infrastructure Expertise: Deep knowledge with the capacity to plan for scalable and robust system architectures.
