Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery of SAP implementation/support teams and ensure implementation of Scrum practices across SAP teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of SAP systems and Agile methodologies, acting as a servant leader for multi-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) for SAP implementation/support teams.
Ensure the team lives Agile values and principles and follows the processes and practices agreed upon.
Remove impediments and mentor the team on resolving blockers to delivery.
Collaborate with SAP Functional and Technical teams, Product Owners, and partners to ensure successful delivery.
Track sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and support continuous improvement efforts.
Support Planning and coordination in a scaled Agile environment).
Guide SAP teams through the transition from traditional waterfall to Agile methodologies.
Handle risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple SAP workstreams.
Understanding and documentation of business requirements
Analyzing functionality gaps and developing alternatives with SAP MM/SD modules Configuration, Unit and Integration testing in SAP
Preparation of functional specifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum [3] years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Good experience in SAP project delivery (SAP S/4HANA, ECC, R3 environments).
Strong knowledge of Agile tools (JIRA.).
Good communication, facilitation, and partner management skills.
Knowledge of Agile and integration with SAP development.
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in one or more modules.
Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.).
Experience in large-scale Agile environments.
Prior experience in SAP upgrades, rollouts, or migrations.
