Join our Information Technology team as a Systems Administrator in Plattekloof, where you'll take ownership of monitoring, deploying and troubleshooting systems that power our business every day.

What you'll do:
- Manage and maintain internal systems in line with organisational standards and operational requirements
- Administer user accounts, including provisioning, deprovisioning, password resets and group membership management
- Manage DNS configurations and Windows Server environments
- Oversee system updates and ensure systems remain secure and up to date
- Manage and maintain content on MS SharePoint and other internal platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues across internal systems
- Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all systems, reviewing logs and confirming completion of scheduled jobs such as backups
- Contribute to and maintain system standards, security policies and configuration documentation
- Provide internal training on systems and produce supporting documentation
- Assist with the automation of systems and administrative tasks
- Research and recommend innovative approaches to administration challenges
- Provide support to various functional areas and investigate escalated issues
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent qualification in a related field
- 3+ years' experience in systems administration
- Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 and Entra (Azure AD) users and groups
- Proven experience administering MS SharePoint and MS Teams
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
- Experience with Windows Servers and DNS configuration
- Knowledge of cloud administration
- Experience with support desk supervision
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across functional teams
