We are looking for a (Workfront) Systems Administrator to work directly with tech leads and the head of MarTech IT Operations.
The Workfront Administrator is a highly organized and detail-oriented person responsible for effectively managing and optimizing the Workfront system. This role ensures seamless operation of workflows, templates, and reporting tools, enabling teams to achieve project goals efficiently. Acting as a critical resource for system maintenance and user support, the Workfront Administrator combines technical expertise with an eye for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery. #LI-GR-Remote
You Will:
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to optimizing workflows and supporting efficient project delivery.
- Ability to combine technical knowledge with agency process to problem solve as needed
- Ability to translate internal processes and client processes into workflows
- Create, maintain, and optimize project templates to align with organizational workflows and project standards.
- Design, implement, and update Workfront forms to capture necessary project details and support efficient task assignments.
- Configure and enhance workflows within Workfront to meet evolving team and project requirements.
- Oversee Workfront Proof to ensure seamless file collaboration, including managing roles, permissions, and troubleshooting issues.
- Develop and manage dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for users and leadership.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, working with Workfront support as needed to minimize disruptions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Workfront-related queries, providing training and resources to empower users.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices for Workfront usage, including user permissions and public link sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing workflows and implement improvements using Workfront.
- Monitor and roll out Workfront updates, educating the team on new features and ensuring a smooth transition.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workfront administration or a similar project management tool
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workfront functionalities, including custom forms, dashboards, and reporting
- Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, using exceptional judgment in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a flexible and positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to lead user training sessions and optimize platform use for organizational success
- Ability to independently complete responsibilities with a high level of comfort working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and workflow management systems is a plus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. We consider compensation more than just a base salary – that’s why we also offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits, personal support and tailored learning and development opportunities all designed to help you realize your full potential both in life and at work.
Compensation
$65,000—$80,000 USD
