Responsibilities
· Document test procedures, test plans, and test cases for geospatial systems and applications
· Conduct system testing and requirements verification against approved test plans
· Support testing and development teams in understanding functional and technical requirements
· Develop Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to support system integration efforts
· Develop training materials for systems and end users
· Perform and facilitate integration activities for open service-based architectures
· Track and report test results, defects, and issues, and support resolution efforts
· Communicate complex technical testing matters clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Coordinate with government customers and program teams to ensure testing milestones and requirements are met
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
· Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI and polygraph
· Bachelor's degree in any field/major, or 5 additional years of relevant information technology experience in lieu of degree
· 3+ years of relevant experience in information technology or systems testing
· Demonstrated ability to execute approved test plans with supervision
· Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical matters clearly to help drive issues to resolution
Desired Qualifications
· Experience supporting NGA or other NGA/IC customer environments specifically
· AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher) and experience testing cloud-hosted systems
· Experience with Momentum Financials (Unison/CGI) systems or testing
· Experience developing and maintaining Interface Control Documents (ICDs)
· Familiarity with open service-based architectures (e.g., OGC standards, REST/SOAP web services)
· Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM/Quality Center)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
