System Test Engineer

What you will be working on:
• Our latest and greatest technologies in our next generation product line, such as PLC controller, HMI, IO’s and other industrial automation peripherals.
• Analyze our product design and requirements against our customer needs.
• Face the challenge to find system weaknesses in our products through systematic method and process
• Building system applications in-house to validate the product robustness and performance
• Developed automations frameworks for our product validations. We love automations
• Be part of the team evolutions to innovate to bring higher efficiency and better capabilities in the infrastructure and competency
What we are looking for:
• Individuals who are excellent in communications, have a good attitude, excellent in analysis and have a high motivation to deliver the best product in the industry
• Individuals who are passionate with testing, always curious to explore and never satisfied with incomplete solutions
• Individuals who have degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields. You need to have technical competency that will support your success in this role
• Individuals who are enjoy working with machine applications, who have passion to understand customer needs and who posse’s ability to learn quickly
• Fresh grads are welcome but individuals with relevant experience and skill will be consider for senior position’s
Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related field
- Technical competency to develop/customize applications and testing procedures
- Experience or strong interest in machine/industrial automation applications (PLCs, HMI, I/O)
- Passion for testing, curiosity, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and good attitude
- Strong analytical skills and motivation to deliver high-quality products
- Ability to learn quickly and work across project lifecycle
