About the team

The Revenue Operations team at Airwallex is focused on building a scalable and efficient commercial engine across Asia. We work across people, process, systems, data, and enablement to help our commercial teams operate with greater speed, accuracy, and impact.

What you’ll do

Airwallex is looking for a Senior Associate, Revenue Operations to help scale our commercial engine across Asia, excluding China. This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations and applied AI. You will own core RevOps workflows while building and deploying AI-powered tools and automations that help our commercial teams work faster and smarter.

This is not a prompt engineering role. We are looking for someone with strong Revenue Operations foundations and hands-on ability to design, build, and iterate on AI-enabled workflows that solve real operational problems across pipeline management, reporting, attribution, forecasting, and systems improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across Asia commercial teams, including pipeline management, forecasting, commission cycles, and quarterly business review cadences

  • Manage Salesforce and connected commercial tools, and drive data hygiene, workflow automation, and reporting quality

  • Partner closely with commercial, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver seamless and effective workflows for the commercial organisation

  • Identify high-leverage automation opportunities across the commercial workflow and build solutions using AI tools, agentic frameworks, and no-code or low-code platforms

  • Develop and maintain AI-assisted workflows that improve system efficiency, team productivity, and operational scalability

  • Build practical AI productivity tools for commercial teams, drive adoption, and support consistent usage across the organisation

Who you are

We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.

Minimum qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or go-to-market operations, ideally in a high-growth technology or fintech environment

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, with confidence working across flows, reports, and custom objects

  • Demonstrated experience building with AI tools such as LLM APIs, automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, or Clay, or agent frameworks such as Claude, OpenAI, or Gemini

  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL and experience with at least one BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or an equivalent platform

  • Structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into clear process, system, or automation solutions

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience working with data pipelines or in close partnership with data and analytics teams

  • Familiarity with Python for scripting or data analysis

  • Experience in technology, financial services, and/or an international high-growth environment

  • Additional written or verbal proficiency in an Asian language is a plus
