Your role
You will be responsible for generating innovative solutions to consistently improve the performance of our customers’ complex products and business processes.
In this role you will:

Provide high-quality IT support as part of a well-functioning team
-
Ticketing
-
On-Offboarding
-
Prepare laptop/desktop hardware
-
Network solutions
-
Resolve IT incidents, fix problems, and administer local IT infrastructure
-
Taking part in introducing new systems (researching, proposing new solutions, implementing, documenting, testing and supporting)
-
Keep internal knowledge base up-to date
-
Create user guides
-
Work closely with Corporate IT Teams to improve Corporate Infrastructure processes.

Your profile
Required:
-
A degree in information technology, computer science, or a comparable qualification
-
3+ years experience in System engineering or a related field
-
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
-
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
-
Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
-
Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management (ITSM) tools
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
High willingness to learn new technologies and concepts as part of the project requirements
-
Fluent in English
Advantage:
-
Understanding of cloud services like Azure
-
Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash
-
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and tools
-
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management
-
Familiarity with network protocols and services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- German language knowledge (active) is a plus
