The Software Project Leader & Scrum Master is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering software projects in line with internal and external requirements. This role ensures effective management of scope, resources, budget, and risks, while applying automotive software best practices and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
SW Program Management
• Define project scope and assess feasibility based on resources and constraints
• Estimate effort, resources, and timelines
• Plan, monitor, and report project progress
• Manage interfaces across teams and organizational units
• Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Manage and control project budget including tools, licenses, and contractors
PM Process Definition & Implementation
• Drive continuous improvement of software project management processes
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards (ASPICE, Functional Safety, Cybersecurity)
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering on design reviews and maturity approvals
• Manage baselines, change requests, and risks
• Track project performance using KPIs and report to leadership
Scrum Master Role

Your profile:
• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Knowledge of ASPICE and automotive product development lifecycle (OEM/Tier1)
• 10+ years Automotive Electronics or software experience
• 5+ years in project leadership
• Strong understanding of automotive SW/HW systems and architectures
• Experience with AUTOSAR and product development lifecycle
• Project management (ASPICE-based)
• Agile methodologies
• Tools: JIRA, JAMA, MS Project
