The ISG Data Solutions organization aims to support Citi on its journey to adopt a data driven culture by delivering innovative technology solutions and simplifying access to quality data and business intelligence.
Within the Data Program Transformation and Execution Office we are seeking a seasoned reporting manager to take on the role of BOW Reporting and Performance Lead. This role will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a centralized reporting utility for Data Solutions that will allow for all-encompassing and timely BOW reporting. The candidate should have prior experience in the creation of a centralized reporting utility, financial and operational metrics creation.
Responsibilities:

Create centralized reporting standardization and automation, across financial BOW reporting and operational metrics.

Develop accurate real time data to be able to analyze, evaluate and report on the Data BOW expenditures. This will require bringing together data from multiple Financial and program tracking systems.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and develop content. Act as a bridge between the technical development and the business requirements.

Highlight BOW/Financial performance trends to senior management.

Work to standardize data in the underlying tools where possible.

Engage with Enterprise Data Office Business Execution team in support of their senior management reporting needs.
Qualifications:
-
10+ years of relevant experience
-
Experience in creating centralized reporting, preferably in a large technology organization.

Experience in analyzing large volumes of Financials data.
-
Expertise in Microsoft office, SharePoint and process automation tools. Expert level in MS Excel.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, financial management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
