The SVP, Business Solutions Delivery – Client & Deal Management will lead the delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives supporting the Client & Deal Management function. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer – Underwriting and Portfolio, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing transformation programs, aligning technology solutions with business objectives, overseeing delivery roadmaps, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness and business performance. Leveraging deep business expertise and domain knowledge, the incumbent will proactively identify opportunities for meaningful change, establish target outcomes, and lead initiatives that support the organization's strategic objectives and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of strategic business transformation initiatives within the Client & Deal Management domain.
- Develop and maintain business and technology roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities for operational improvement, revenue enhancement, and business growth.
- Oversee the delivery of complex business and technology solutions, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and performance outcomes are achieved.
- Facilitate business analysis, solution design, and implementation activities across multiple initiatives.
- Manage project planning, prioritization, risk management, and resource allocation for strategic programs.
- Monitor delivery performance and value realization using appropriate operational and financial metrics.
- Lead stakeholder engagement activities, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business, technology, and transformation teams to support enterprise wide initiatives.
- Lead change management activities to support successful adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models. Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, and business reviews to support strategic decision making.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to cross-functional teams and project resources.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience within the reinsurance, insurance, consulting, or financial services industry.
- Significant experience leading large-scale business transformation, strategic change, and technology delivery programs. Demonstrated experience partnering with executive leadership teams and senior business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of business analysis, project management, operational improvement, organizational design, and change management methodologies.
- Experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence outcomes across multiple business functions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
