As Junior Legal Counsel, you will be primarily responsible for:
Reinsurance contract drafting, negotiation and execution (treaties, facultative, NDAs, collateral/trust arrangements)
Regulatory support (BMA filings, licence-related documentation)
Contract management, tracking and execution oversight
Compliance support (AML, sanctions, conflicts)
Broader transactional and strategic projects (including restructurings and portfolio transactions)
This position reports to the Chief Counsel, Bermuda, who will establish your duties, provide any leave approvals, and any applicable business expense reimbursements.
