Job Description

Are you set to develop the future of sustainable procurement?

Bring your passion and demonstrated experience in sustainability risk and responsible sourcing and join us in Global Procurement to build a more resilient supply chain!

Core Responsibilities

As Sustainability Risk and Traceability Manager, you’ll support our sustainable sourcing agenda by managing environmental and human rights risks throughout our supply chains. You will also help build the traceability infrastructure that increases our visibility upstream.

This role involves developing a broad approach to risk and traceability for both direct and indirect procurement categories. You will work closely with teams across Global Procurement, Corporate Sustainability, Legal, Government Affairs, Digital Technology, Quality, and others. Main responsibilities will be:

Supply chain sustainability risk

  • Help develop and implement a comprehensive risk framework addressing human rights and environmental risks in key supplier categories. Integrate this framework into procurement processes and systems.

  • Develop and maintain a database to identify, evaluate, and mitigate sustainability risks in the supply chain by commodity, location, and supplier. Then convert the results into practical insights and strategic plans.

  • Enhance tracking of critical metrics to improve supply chain sustainability risk and resilience management, coordinating regular reviews, and progress reports for key partners.

  • Assist with regulatory impact assessments and incorporate compliance requirements into the supply chain risk framework and processes.

  • Identify and implement new processes, tools, and digital solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sustainability, supply chain and enterprise risk communities to advance sustainability risk management approach from reactive to proactive.

Traceability
  • Support the design and execution of a multi-year roadmap to achieve supply chain transparency across key commodities and procurement categories.

  • Support the establishment of clear processes for chain of custody data collection, verification, and maintenance —collaborating closely with internal teams both within and outside Global Procurement.

  • Contribute to evaluate, implement, and manage advanced traceability tools and platforms, partnering with Procurement Transformation and Digital technology on their integration and operationalization.

  • Monitor global and industry traceability methodologies and standards, ensuring alignment with industry-leading frameworks.

  • Assist in collecting, consolidating, and analyzing external supply chain risk and traceability data, translating it into actionable insights to influence sourcing decisions, address risk, and support adherence to compliance standards.
