Job Description:
Role Summary
Ingram Micro is seeking a results-driven and analytical Supervisor – Billing & Pricing Operations to lead a team responsible for billing, pricing, reconciliations, and reporting functions. This role combines operational leadership, advanced analytics, and vendor partnership management to ensure financial accuracy, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership:
Oversee billing, pricing, and reconciliation activities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts to drive performance and quality.
Manage complex vendor/reseller issues and act as escalation point.
Partner with vendors and stakeholders to align on pricing and service delivery.
Ensure data integrity across systems and regions.
Reporting & Analytics:
Oversee delivery of reports and dashboards across regions.
Drive use of Excel, BI tools, and automation for reporting efficiency.
Translate business requirements into reporting frameworks and insights.
Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvement initiatives.
Drive automation, AI adoption, and operational transformation efforts.
Collaborate on cross-functional improvement programs.
Escalation Management:
Own escalations with financial or operational impact.
Collaborate globally to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Subject Matter Expertise & Team Development:
Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to processes.
Provide coaching, training, and onboarding support.
Drive knowledge sharing and capability building.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Analytics, or related field.
5–8+ years of experience in billing, pricing, financial operations, or reporting.
Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, automation).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
SQL, Python, and Power BI (or similar BI tools).
Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, UiPath).
Exposure to AI/ML and intelligent automation use cases.
Experience in Cloud Products and Vendors – Billing and Pricing
Experience with CRM, ERP, or financial systems.
