You are a Product Manager for Performance Management within Mondelēz International Digital Services, driving the product vision and roadmap for enterprise-wide talent and learning technology solutions. You own the end-to-end product lifecycle ensuring our platforms deliver exceptional employee experiences at scale while enabling business-critical talent outcomes.
How You Will Contribute
You will leverage deep domain expertise in Performance Management and AI to shape the strategic direction of our Workday-enabled products. You will define and prioritize the product backlog, drive cross-functional alignment with HR Centers of Excellence and Technology partners, and ensure solutions meet evolving business needs while exceeding service level commitments. You will champion standardization, simplification, and automation - relentlessly pursuing a scalable operating model. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, influence global process design, and ensure all solutions comply with data protection regulations and Mondelēz International policies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Product Ownership & Strategy: Define and own the product roadmap for Workday Performance Management, aligning with Talent Management, enterprise HR technology strategy and business priorities.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with senior HR leaders, Talent CoEs, and regional People Experience teams to translate business needs into scalable, future-ready Workday solutions.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead solution design, configuration, and architecture decisions for Workday Performance Management, powered by AI; drive technical excellence across the product team.
  • Release & Change Management: Lead Workday release readiness, regression testing, and feature adoption - proactively assessing new capabilities for business value.
  • Process Excellence: Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of Performance Management process; identify alignment points with Talent Management process and eliminate friction points in the employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, knowledge articles, and training materials; partner with other teams as applicable.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all configurations and data handling comply with global data protection policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Own the continuous improvement backlog; leverage data and analytics to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Workday configuration and product ownership, with deep expertise in Talent and Performance Management modules.
  • Demonstrated experience leading Workday implementations, major releases, or large-scale system enhancements.
  • Track record of driving process improvement and operational excellence in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal direction while effectively leading cross-functional teams work.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
  • Experience with adjacent HR technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, Glint, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone OnDemand) is a strong plus.

Skills Required

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring Workday (Performance Management preferred)
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate into technical/functional Workday solutions
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, especially performance review workflows and Talent Management interdependencies
  • Experience writing functional specifications, user stories, or business requirement documents and managing backlogs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Customer centricity
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global shared services environment
  • Experience with Workday implementations, migrations, release management
  • Familiarity with additional Workday modules (Talent, Learning, Core HCM) and agentic capabilities
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence or similar)
  • Experience working in a multi-country or shared services organization
