You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

What You'll Do
- Gather & Analyze Requirements - Partner with HR stakeholders and Center of Excellence to document and prioritize business requirements for Performance Management process.
- Design Workday Solutions - Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Workday module (Performance Management).
- Test & Validate - Develop test plans, execute system testing, and troubleshoot configuration issues to ensure solutions meet acceptance criteria.
- Drive Process Improvement - Analyze current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend standardization and simplification opportunities backed by data.
- Maintain Documentation - Create and maintain process maps, configuration workbooks, and knowledge base articles to support operational excellence.
- Support Releases & Upgrades - Evaluate Workday semi-annual releases for impact, coordinate regression testing, and implement relevant new features.
- Ensure Compliance - Verify that data handling and system configurations comply with Mondelēz International policies and applicable data protection regulations.
- Enable the Team - Contribute to training materials and provide functional/technical guidance to support teams and end users.
Required
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience configuring Workday (Performance Management and Workday agentic AI capability strongly preferred).
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical/functional solutions within Workday in an innovative and scalable way
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes - particularly performance review workflows and interdependencies with Talent Management.
- Experience writing functional specifications, user stories, or business requirement documents, and managing backlogs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communication skills - able to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Customer centricity
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global shared services environment.
Preferred
- Experience with Workday implementations, migrations, release management
- Familiarity with additional Workday modules (Talent, Learning, Core HCM) and agentic capabilities.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Experience working in a multi-country or shared services organization.
