Lead the supply chain organisation to implement strategies that support the business to deliver its objectives and bring added value through continuous improvement & innovation
Ensure that high customer service level through appointed distributor is maintained and utilizing a minimum of inventory, at the lowest costs and in full compliance of all relevant regulations and standards
Supply Chain Planning
- Lead and ensure effective S&OP process is in place
- Build the demand plan for sell through in collaboration with commercial team
- Lead/Drive key initiatives to improve demand planning process and provide strong validation of trend
- Compute Sell in forecast based on agreed sell through plans and distributor inventory contract level.
- Translate the Sell in forecast to the right replenishment plan from Regional Distribution Center (RDC), oversea plants and local manufacturer to maintain healthy stock level
- Strong collaboration with all supplying source to ensure timely supply and maintain optimal inventory level, highlighting early risk concerns
- Proactive management of ageing and slow-moving stocks to reduce bad goods
- Provide short-term & long-term volume projection in support of the Dynamic Forecasting conceptSupply Chain Execution
- Ensure all inventory management is accurate, complete and recorded correctly. Lead yearly stock take
- Manage with team the overall import, redressing and distributor transfers to meet service level expectations in the most efficient manner
- Responsible for collaborating with Finance to issue Purchase Order (PO) Proposal to the Distributor to maintain contracted stock level
- Completes and submits the New Product Information Sheet (NPIS) to the distributors to obtain product item code of new products and/or new bundle packs
- Manage relationship with appointed distributor to ensure Service level KPI’s established, monitored and maintained
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency whilst maintaining control of process and administration. Deliver Logistics cost saving initiatives.
- Ensure conformity to all Galderma policy, local laws and regulations with regards to stock management and distribution.

- Attract, retain and develop high performing supply chain talents to ensure continuous operational capability across the supply chain.
- Performance management functions of goal setting, performance reviews, employee engagement, capability building and career developmentAdheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Responsible in complying with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Sustainability policies and programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain, Logistics management or Business Administration or related field
5 to 7 year experience as manager/leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Production Planning. Preferably from pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
Good command of MS Offices and ERP system
Good working knowledge of Demand and Supply Planning and Logistics Execution
Working effectively with others and good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
Experienced in managing third party suppliers and procurement
Leading and developing team member in a pressurised environment
Demonstrate flexibility by being able to lead people and improve processes
Highly analytical with logical thinking
