Position: Support Queue Specialist (Student Role)
Location: TLV Office
Part-Time: 2-3 days per week
We are seeking dynamic, motivated students to join our support team as Support Queue Specialist.
In this role, you’ll help manage the daily queue of customer requests, providing fast, efficient support to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
What you will do…
- Manage and triage daily support queues, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with Tier 2 and Tier 3 teams to escalate and resolve more complex cases.
- Provide initial responses and solutions to common inquiries and known issues.
- Identify opportunities for proactive support to improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by meeting response time and quality standards.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and process improvement initiatives.
What we expect…
- Current student in a relevant field (e.g., IT, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Basic knowledge of Linux and networking
- Availability to work 2-3 days a week (full working days) from our office in Tel Aviv (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday)
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Fluent in English
