About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and energetic Office Manager to support the daily operations of our Tel Aviv headquarters. This person will play a key role in creating a smooth, professional, and fun work environment that reflects Agora’s vibrant culture. You’ll be the heart of our office—ensuring everything runs seamlessly, supporting our teams and helping make Agora an exceptional place to work every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the TLV office, maintaining a welcoming, productive, and well-organized workspace
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees, guests, vendors, and building management
- Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, pantry, and facility maintenance
- Support onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage office-related budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships
- Help ensure a safe, efficient, and inspiring workspace for all
- Experience in office management, operations, or administration in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- A proactive “get-things-done” attitude with high attention to details
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment
- Available to work on-site full-time
