Manage adoption and technical implementation of the Armis platform for platinum customers. Build trusted relationships, align deployments to business use cases, deliver hands-on configuration, advocate for customers across Product/Engineering/Sales, and drive value realization and growth opportunities.

Lead adoption and implementation for enterprise customers, drive platform configuration and operationalization, act as customer advocate across teams, recommend security improvements, manage integrations, and ensure value realization while building trusted technical relationships.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for global customers, troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues, own customer cases, support onboarding and deployments, collaborate with R&D/Operations/Product teams, write SQL and scripts, and work with Linux and containerized environments.

Deploy and configure the Armis platform for customers, conduct site surveys, install collectors, integrate with existing networks, provide onsite/remote technical support, create deployment documentation, and train client staff to operationalise and adopt the solution.

Provide Tier 2 technical support for global, English-speaking customers: own and troubleshoot complex cases, support onboarding and deployments, collaborate cross-functionally, create solutions and projects to improve product usage and customer experience.

Provide second-level technical support for enterprise US customers: own and troubleshoot cases, support onboarding and deployments, collaborate with R&D/Operations/Product/Customer Success, build solutions and projects to improve customer experience and product use.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AI/ML pipelines for data processing, model training, and deployment. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to implement and optimize AI solutions, troubleshoot pipeline issues, document best practices, and develop MVP code to transition into production-ready systems.
