Position: Supply Support Representative
Overview: ITC Defense is seeking a Supply Support Representative (SSR) to support international logistics operations associated with the delivery and sustainment of vehicles and spare parts for a foreign Ministry of Defense (MOD). This position serves as a key liaison between U.S. and foreign stakeholders, ensuring the successful execution of supply support activities in a deployed environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong logistics background, the ability to operate independently in austere conditions, and a commitment to providing responsive, mission-focused support to international partners.Responsibilities
Support may include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Manage and track the requisition, shipment, and delivery of vehicles and spare parts to designated MOD partners.
- Coordinate supply chain activities, including ordering, shipping, receipt, and delivery of equipment and materials.
- Conduct and document receipt inspections to ensure compliance with contractual and operational requirements.
- Coordinate shipping schedules, customs clearance activities, and final equipment handover with U.S. and foreign stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and status reports for all equipment and supplies.
- Provide logistics and supply chain support in a fast-paced, deployed environment, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure logistics operations comply with applicable U.S. Government and host nation policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist with warranty claims and provide training to foreign MOD personnel on warranty claim processes and procedures.
- Prepare and deliver status reports, briefings, and updates to program leadership and stakeholders as required.

- Experience supporting supply and logistics operations in a commercial, military, or deployed environment.
- Knowledge of military supply chain practices, property accountability procedures, and transportation regulations.
- Ability to work independently in austere, complex, and dynamic environments.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with U.S. Government personnel, foreign military partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Former Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), Warrant Officer, Field Grade Officer, or civilian equivalent with demonstrated logistics leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense supply systems and procedures.
- Prior experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Security Cooperation, or international logistics programs.

- Former Senior NCO, Warrant Officer, Field Grade Officer, or civilian equivalent with logistics leadership experience
- Working knowledge of U.S. Department of Defense supply systems and procedures
- Prior experience supporting Foreign Military Sales, Security Cooperation, or international logistics programs
- Fluent in Portuguese
