Supports complex international aviation and Foreign Military Sales programs through Integrated Logistics Support studies, sustainment analysis, lifecycle management, and cooperative logistics strategy development. The role evaluates global support structures, recommends improvements, coordinates with U.S. Government and international stakeholders, and provides senior-level guidance for program planning and execution. Work focuses on aviation logistics, interoperability, readiness, and long-term sustainment across allied partner programs.

Administer SCI and collateral security programs for the Missile Defense Agency, including access rosters, nominations, indoctrinations, visit certifications, investigations, briefings, databases, audits, inspections, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with government, military, contractor, and intelligence-community stakeholders; support SCIF security and facility issues; process clearance actions; conduct preliminary inquiries; and manage JEMs and GEOCAP access activities. The position is on-site in Fort Belvoir with occasional travel to vendor and government installations.

Architects, develops, modernizes, migrates, and sustains SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions for Navy logistics and enterprise information management. Builds workflows, data structures, dashboards, integrations, governance, access controls, and documentation while supporting DoD cybersecurity compliance, troubleshooting, resilience, architecture reviews, and stakeholder needs. Provides technical leadership and mentorship for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.

Leads the organization’s HR strategy and team for a defense contractor. Oversees talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR policies, audits, employment-law compliance, HRIS, training, personnel security coordination, global mobility, and organizational change. Advises executive leadership on workforce risk and scaling while ensuring compliance with federal contracting requirements, multi-state employment laws, and quality-management standards.

Supports administration of government-wide acquisition contracts and task orders, including maintaining contract records, tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting FAR and DFARS compliance. Assists federal capture and business development through opportunity tracking, market and competitive research, RFI responses, capture planning, proposal development, and industry events. Maintains pipeline data and supports leadership with accurate, timely analysis and reporting.

Provides financial and program-control support across government task orders, including budget tracking, forecasting, EACs, labor-hour allocation, financial reporting, invoice review, ODC tracking, deliverables coordination, change control, and project status monitoring. Uses Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to analyze performance and support program management activities.

Administers and troubleshoots THAAD hardware, software, networks, operating systems, and tactical components. Performs configuration, monitoring, IAVA updates, log analysis, backups, technical support, readiness activities, training exercises, and test events. Supports DoD Warfighters, rotating shifts, 24/7 operations, worldwide deployments, and austere field conditions. The role also requires maintaining deployment readiness and obtaining Security+, CDL, and AMMO certifications.

Provide program-level financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple DoD contracts. Prepare EACs, variance analysis, financial reports and dashboards, support audits, contract funding actions, and PMO decision-making.
