About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Project Finance Accountant (PFA) to support Supply and Order Management operations through the accurate execution of customer purchase orders, sales orders, and project structures in SAP. In this role, you will help ensure efficient order execution, revenue recognition, invoicing, and compliance throughout the order lifecycle, working closely with Supply, Finance, Project teams, and Customer Units.
What you will do:
- Execute core PFA activities within SAP following established processes and guidelines.
- Register and maintain customer purchase orders, sales orders, and project structures.
- Support order execution and project structuring activities throughout the order lifecycle.
- Ensure data quality to enable accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Manage customer invoice administration and related changes.
- Perform project and order closure activities in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, accounting directives, and internal controls.
The skills you bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Project Administration, or related operational roles.
- Strong SAP knowledge, including purchase orders, sales orders, project structures, and transactional processes.
- Understanding of order-to-cash, supply chain, or project execution processes.
- Advanced English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with SAP, MS Office, and related business systems.
