Position Overview Section
SierTeK is seeking a qualified Air Force Supply Planner to provide expert item management and supply chain optimization services to ensure the efficient and effective distribution and sustainment of AF assets worldwide.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and item management activities.
- Support material planning, procurement, and repair coordination.
- Analyze logistics data to improve asset availability and operational efficiency.
- Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation for Government personnel.
- Utilize Government logistics systems while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with Government customers and team members to support mission requirements.
Minimum Position Requirements
- Experience supporting the U.S. Air Force or Department of Defense logistics operations.
- Familiarity with Air Force supply chain, logistics planning, programming, and budgeting processes.
- Experience using Government logistics or enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., D035, D043, D200A, SBSS, or similar).
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and briefings.
- Secret Clearance.
- High School Diploma, associates preferred.
