Support division leadership by analyzing business operations, improving processes, coordinating workflows, gathering requirements, and developing solutions to enhance organizational efficiency and program performance.

Develop, enhance, test, document, and deploy secure HPWS web applications using Adobe ColdFusion and Oracle. Collaborate with USAFSAM stakeholders, produce technical documentation, ensure accessibility (Section 508/WCAG), implement secure coding per RMF/HIPAA, support full SDLC, perform code reviews, and provide training and status reporting.

Provide senior-level support for acquisition test planning, developmental and operational testing, systems integration, and evaluation activities for AFRL sensor programs supporting DoD acquisition test programs.

Create and maintain long- and short-range aircrew, simulator, ground, and academic training schedules; coordinate with squadron, group, wing leadership, maintenance, and external agencies; track training requirements and accomplishments; update Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and local databases; facilitate last-minute changes and exercise coordination; ensure crew availability and mitigate operational risk.

Provide item management and supply chain optimization for Air Force assets: manage inventory, coordinate procurement and repairs, analyze logistics data, prepare executive reports/briefings, use government logistics systems, and collaborate with Government customers to meet mission requirements.

Provide logistics management and supply chain support for sustainment acquisition: plan and coordinate life-cycle logistics, develop and update supply chain strategies and implementation plans, and prepare presentations, papers, and correspondence to support logistics execution.

Analyze organizational processes, collect and interpret data, prepare reports, and support process-improvement initiatives to enhance program management, reporting, risk management, and business operations for a Department of Defense contract at WPAFB.

Provide epidemiology and health surveillance support to USAFSAM, analyzing military health and personnel records, building statistical models (SAS/SAS EG), managing and integrating diverse data sources, producing technical reports and publications, and advising leadership on operational readiness and human performance.

Support wing-level flying and training schedule development and maintenance for bomber squadron operations; coordinate with units and partners, analyze utilization data, produce scheduling reports, manage scheduling systems, and provide training and guidance to operations personnel.

Provide administrative, technical, and operational support to USAFSAM/FEEE Course and Program Directors and Instructors: manage course logistics, CME databases, SharePoint and internal systems (ETMS/TRS/DTS/MICT/vPC), coordinate travel and lodging, handle communications and documentation, maintain supplies and equipment, and ensure confidentiality and data integrity for military medical education programs.

Manage directorate compliance programs, governance, policy implementation, inspections, and by-law administration. Prepare briefings, manage workflows, and coordinate leadership priorities to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance for a DoD directorate.

Serve as the Information Systems Security Officer for a DoD system: create, update, and sustain XACTA/XIAM authorization packages; manage RMF workflows; ensure ICD-503 and NIST 800-37 compliance; perform system security analysis, recommend controls, support assessments, and produce weekly status reports.

Provide technical planning and coordination for facility and infrastructure modernization, supporting engineering, systems integration, requirements development, and infrastructure improvement initiatives for DoD clients at Wright-Patterson AFB.

Provide high-level cybersecurity and support services for AFRL, including enterprise architecture, cyber strategy and policy development, systems and network engineering, IT policy compliance monitoring, SharePoint administration, and customer support for technical directorates. May include travel.

Serve as the point of contact for execution of AFNCR IS task orders: lead technical teams, manage daily tasking, ensure deliverables/cost/performance, provide budget and QA support, oversee subcontractors, research technical solutions, and back up the Contract PM.

Provide strategic business, technical, and executive support to AFRL senior leadership by coordinating research priorities, executive communications, strategic initiatives, and technical planning for DoD R&D programs.

Provide program management support for AFRL research, development, testing, and evaluation activities at WPAFB. Coordinate program tasks, reporting, and tooling to support DoD research programs. Use program tools (Microsoft Project, Power BI, CCaR/PM apps). Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years program support experience, and Secret clearance.

Provide on-site IT support at Wright Patterson AFB: install/configure software and hardware, perform diagnostics, manage configuration and COMSEC account, support secure video teleconferencing, enforce IA procedures, and assist Government CCB to prevent outages and ensure system security and compliance.

Support AFRL executive operations by coordinating task management, workflow tracking, suspense management, and leadership action items. Maintain organizational processes, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of actions. Requires bachelor's or equivalent, 3+ years' experience, and Secret clearance eligibility.

Perform financial analysis, budget execution, funds management, forecasting, reporting, cost estimating, and earned value management to support AFRL programs and ensure effective use of government resources under DoD contracts.
