Design and build interactive dashboards and decision-support visualizations for Air Force public health and surveillance. Design, develop, test, and maintain SCORM-compliant classroom, blended, and online courseware using ADDIE. Collaborate with SMEs, CDMs, multimedia teams, and stakeholders to create multimedia learning assets, perform QA, analyze evaluations, and support curriculum modernization for USAFSAM.

Support USAFSAM by integrating and analyzing public health surveillance and clinical data, developing dashboards and decision-support tools, conducting epidemiologic analyses and outbreak investigations, preparing technical reports, training public health personnel, and ensuring compliance with DoD, HIPAA, and research governance.
