Create multimedia and visual assets for instructional, marketing, and training programs at a DoD training site. Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to produce digital signage, websites, presentations, video/motion graphics, and print/web-ready assets. Create visual communications, graphics, branding, technical illustrations, and 3D models to support Air Force Research Laboratory initiatives at WPAFB. Produce marketing and design assets for AFRL programs and collaborate with stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Develop 3D animations, multimedia presentations, video products, and visual effects to support scientific and technical communications for AFRL. Collaborate on motion graphics and multimedia production for DoD-related projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet technical and security requirements.

Develop and deliver internal strategic communications for Air Force Research Laboratory leadership engagement, workforce communications, and organizational initiatives. Produce written and edited content, support executive communications, and align messaging with AFRL/DoD priorities.

Provide administrative, operational, and organizational support to AFRL leadership and technical teams. Manage workflow, reporting, records, meeting coordination, and general business operations for R&D programs.

Develop and manage digital communications products, internal news content, and organizational messaging platforms for AFRL. Create digital content and support digital news broadcasts to communicate organizational messaging.

Provide intelligence research, analysis, reporting, and briefings to AFRL leadership and mission partners. Support intelligence production, prepare reports and briefings, and communicate findings. Must hold active TS/SCI and have strong analytic and communication skills.

Support AFRL executive operations by coordinating task management, workflow tracking, suspense management, and leadership action items. Maintain organizational processes, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure timely closure of actions. Requires bachelor's or equivalent, 3+ years' experience, and Secret clearance eligibility.

Lead complex security risk management including A&A, continuous monitoring, and FISMA compliance. Apply NIST SP 800 and CNSSI 1253 controls to secure cloud and hybrid environments, Cross Domain Solutions, and IC cybersecurity policy and standards.

Act as principal security policy advisor to the I&A CISO; apply Federal, DHS, and Intelligence Community cybersecurity policy across cloud and on-prem environments; translate high-level policy into actionable plans and oversee their enterprise-wide execution; support large-scale cybersecurity projects and ensure compliance.

Lead implementation, oversight, and continuous evaluation of security controls across enterprise information systems. Execute A&A, automate continuous monitoring, and apply the Risk Management Framework to secure cloud and hybrid architectures while ensuring FISMA and IC cybersecurity policy compliance, including Cross Domain Solutions.

Perform ISSO duties to create, update, and sustain authorization packages in XACTA/XIAM, enforce ICD-503 and NIST 800-37 RMF requirements for DCGS/C2ISR systems, analyze and recommend security controls, support assessments, track/sustain system and acquisition information, and produce weekly status reports.

Provide administrative, scheduling, and program coordination for an AFRC advanced trauma and critical care training platform. Liaise with military, healthcare, universities, and legal offices; manage rosters, agreements (TAAs/MOAs/MOUs), site logistics, reports, and training schedules to ensure successful execution of training missions.

Provide occupational aeromedical neurology consultations and evaluations for USAF aircrew and special-duty personnel, determine waiver/readiness recommendations, deliver education and training, conduct and coordinate research, collaborate with multidisciplinary aerospace medicine teams, and ensure compliance with HIPAA/IRB and DoD credentialing standards.

Manage and execute AFNCR IS contract task orders at Joint Base Andrews. Act as PM point of contact, direct multi-disciplined teams and subcontractors, ensure deliverables, cost, schedule, QA, and budget objectives are met, research technical solutions, and provide backup PM support.
