To support our growth, Corsair is seeking an experienced supply chain planner overseeing long-range semiconductor and electronic component forecasting, planning and allocation. This role is strategic, requires proactive analytical thinking and is key to meeting our objectives across all product segments and rapidly growing market.

 
Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:
 
• Responsible for end-to-end planning, allocation and risk-mitigation of semiconductor and electronics components in direct support of all products lines and business unit objectives.
• Works closely with procurement and channel marketing teams to provide formulate forecasts and make long-range purchase recommendations.
• Oversee the sourcing, movement, allocation and dispotion of Corsair purchased semiconductor and electronics compoments.
• Understand NPI requirements to drive successful new product launches and sustaining volumes
• Ensure ODM partners and component supplier have up-to-date visibility on long-range demand requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Continually evaluate market conditions and recommend improvements to respective overall supply chain
• Collaborate on sponsored projects and/or process improvements (including associated cost analysis)
• Participate and support monthly SIOP activities.
• Identify and communicate supply chain disruptions to internal cross functional groups and spearhead resolution actions.
• Attend NPI core-team meetings to integrate NPI requirements and ensure new product launch success.

You will need to be an ambitious professional with a strong background of supply chain planning, understanding best practices and key principles with a very strong working knowledge of analytics and reporting. These attributes combined with a strong drive for continuous improvement, excellent communication skills and overall passion to succeed will contribute to Corsair and your success.
• Experience with MRP systems and planning tools is required.
• In-depth knowledge of MS Office Applications, including advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to interpret multiple data inputs simultaneously, synthesize the information quickly, make data-driven decisions, and clearly communicate to stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing objectives effectively and make decisions that deliver the best overall business results for Corsair.
• Positive and inclusive leadership style with demonstrated ability to leverage skills and experiences of team members.
• Collaborative communication approach with an emphasis on promoting teamwork.

 
REQUIRED:

 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related disciplines or equivalent experience
• Requires 5-8 years of detailed scheduling and material planning experience in a fast-paced consumer electronics environment.
• In-depth experience with MRP/ERP and BI reporting tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and high-pressure situations.
• Self-driven to achieve the highest standards of service, implementation excellence and on-time delivery.
• Must possess strong leadership skills and be well organized, self-motivated, focused on meeting deadlines and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment.
• Applied knowledge of forecasting, MRP, transportation, supply chain, inventory management and warehousing disciplines
• Proficient with MS Office suite – advanced skills with MS Excel
• Strong sense of urgency & attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communications in English and Mandarin

 
NICE TO HAVE:

 
• High volume CE / Consumer Electronics experience
• Supply Chain accreditation (ASCM/APICS/ISM/etc) is preferred.

Skills Required
