Currently, we are looking for an Supply Chain Customer Specialist to join our highly motivated and inspired team in Zentiva Czech Republic.
What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:
- Customer service weekly operations (order processing, delivery, invoicing, price list changes, communication with distribution center, returns and claim management)
- Weekly and monthly reporting activities in various fields such as sales, claims, returns, reporting to health authorities
- Stock monitoring
- Claims and return management – communication with distribution center with quality department, issuing of credit notes
- Daily cooperation with sales team, Prague distribution center and Treasury department
We Need You To Have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Customer service of supply chain
- Advantage if the person is coming from pharma business
- English proficiency at a communicative level, sufficient to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
- Czech language knowledge
- SAP knowledge
- Customer oriented personality
Will be treated as an advantage:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or similar field
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
