Job Profile Summary and Description
We are seeking a data-savvy, highly analytical, and purpose-driven Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Data & Digital Manager to shape and lead the execution of our ESG data & digital strategy. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful impact - leveraging data to power decisions, ensuring transparency, and helping us meet our sustainability targets.
You will sit at the intersection of sustainability and cutting-edge data & analytics, acting as a crucial link between ESG expertise and technical execution. This role involves close collaboration with our digital (MDS) teams, third-party providers, and key functions to enable the delivery of our ESG solutions that are efficient, reliable, insightful, and integrated into business processes. Ultimately, you will play a critical role in transforming the way we collect, manage, analyze, and report trustworthy ESG data which underpins our targets and disclosures.
How you will contribute
- Shape ESG Data Solutions: Partner with ESG subject matter experts to understand their data needs, identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements, and partner with the MDS team to drive design and implementation of data solutions with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and reliability;
- Co-create ESG Data Roadmaps: Work hand-in-hand with our MDS team to develop comprehensive short-, medium-, and long-term ESG data roadmaps that are aligned with our overarching sustainability and ESG reporting strategies;
- Manage ESG Data & Analytics Projects: Manage ESG data and analytics projects, driving strong stakeholder alignment, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully, on time and within budget;
- Establish ESG Data Governance & Quality: Lead the establishment of robust data governance practices, including the development of data catalogues, establishment of data lineage, integration of data management tools, and monitoring data quality and resolving issues to uphold data accuracy and completeness;
- Drive ESG Reporting & Insights: Lead the design and build of dashboards and forward-looking analytics tools that meet the evolving needs of business and reporting requirements;
- Empower Business Users: Foster a data-driven culture by promoting self-service ESG data capabilities, equipping business users with the confidence and tools to independently access, explore, and use ESG data for their own analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
What you will bring
- BACHELOR'S DEGREE in sustainability, environmental economics, environmental engineering, or related fields;
- 8+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in sustainability data management, or similar roles;
- PASSION for data, analytics, and dashboards;
- UNDERSTANDING of enterprise data systems (e.g., SAP), databases (e.g., SQL), data management, and/or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
- STRONG project management skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver results within specified timelines. Certification in Project Management is a plus;
- KNOWLEDGE of key ESG reporting standards, frameworks, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SASB, CSRD, IFRS, etc.) is a plus;
- EXCELLENT analytical skills, identifying key themes, trends and root causes;
- PROVEN EXPERIENCE working across cross-functional teams;
- ABILITY to influence diverse stakeholders, build relationships, and work collaboratively at all levels of the organization;
- GROWTH & DIGITAL MINDSET and the ability to identify strategic opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness;
- HIGH STANDARDS of integrity, accountability, and sound judgement in all decisions.

In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer salary starting from 3900 € plus annual bonus payment based on your performance.
