Join our Consumer Experience team as the Consumer Experience Lead for Czech, Slovakia and Hungary! You will lead the development and implementation of communication strategies across paid, owned content and platforms in collaboration with local/global MDLZ teams and agency partners.
Your main responsibility will be providing strategic thought leadership and deep technical expertise on how media fits within a connected marketing world to ensure that media plans of all brands and categories in are strategically aligned, in line with laws of growth planning and localised media guidelines definition & implementation.
What else does this job entail?
  • Pivotal role in elevating brand communication in CZ/SK/HU throughout whole planning ecosystem including traditional, paid digital/social, owned and earned channels.
  • Drive understanding and usage of digital platforms within our marketing plans, acting as a recognized centre of expertise.
  • Optimise costs efficiency while accelerating effectiveness (ROI) of media investments.
  • Lead agencies to deliver industry-leading services, ensure relationships increases quality of deliverables and brand satisfaction.

What do we expect from you?
  • 7+ years' experience of leading cross-media strategy, investment and implementation (client or agency)
  • Experience with agency engagement & management
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviors, data and media partner capabilities
  • Digital experience (GenAI, Platform & eRetail excellence, digital CX Planning, Personalization),
  • Stakeholder Management: ability to influence teams and partners with indirect reporting lines
