Job Description

The Supply Chain Analytics Manager is responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive supply chain data analytics strategy, outlining key objectives, selecting suitable analytical tools and methodologies, and establishing protocols for data collection, analysis, and interpretation. The role acts as a pivotal link between business stakeholders and analytics experts, coordinating with both Business and Analytics Teams to devise solutions addressing supply chain hurdles and optimizing operations. The role takes charge of User Acceptance Testing, Training, Deployment, and Change Request management in Supply Chain Analytics projects, overseeing project execution and engaging stakeholders. The role initiates change management efforts and champions operational excellence through automation, identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing solutions to streamline operations.

Your role:

  • Designs and implements an analytics strategy, encompassing the identification of key objectives, selection of appropriate analytical tools and methodologies, and establishment of processes for data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

  • Serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and analytical experts, coordinating with Business Teams and Analytics Team to design solutions that address supply chain challenges and optimize operations.

  • Oversees the deployment of tactical, financial, and operational plans, driving technical data delivery for projects and the implementation of data solutions, ensuring successful project outcomes.

  • Leads User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Training, Deployment, and Change Request management in Supply Chain Analytics projects, overseeing project execution and stakeholder engagement.

  • Drives change management initiatives and promotes operational excellence through automation, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing solutions to streamline operations.

  • Demonstrates a hands-on and detail-oriented approach, effectively coordinating across different geographies and with various stakeholders within the Supply Chain Leadership Team.

  • Leads initiatives to drive improvements with significant impacts on supply chain performance, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to drive positive change.

  • Manages complex issues or problems necessitating conceptual thinking, extensive investigation and analysis, and in-depth understanding of organizational objectives, implementing policies and select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results for a function/region/business.

  • Establishes and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Manages talent across the team, while driving employee selection, performance management, compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational management.

You're the right fit if you have :

  • 12 – 15 years' experience with a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management/ Engineering or equivalent.

  • Strong Project Management capabilities with experience managing complex, cross-functional programmes from initiation through implementation, ensuring delivery against timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

  • PMP certification or formal Project Management training is highly desirable.

  • Strong background in Demand Planning or Supply Planning, with solid operational supply chain expertise and experience managing end-to-end supply chain processes. Experience in Make-to-Order environments is highly preferred.

  • Experienced in managing and improving key supply chain metrics, including OTIF, Hold Management, Revenue Fulfilment, Customer Service Levels, Inventory Performance, and Supply Continuity.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence through Supply Chain Analytics, Automation, BI, UAT, Deployment, and Change Management initiatives

  • Proven expertise in S&OP and S&OE processes, balancing demand, supply, inventory, and revenue commitments to drive business performance.

  • Strong understanding of revenue planning, order execution, hold management, and risk mitigation, with the ability to proactively de-risk supply chain challenges in partnership with Quality and Operations teams.

  • Experienced in collaborating with Regional Supply Chain Leaders, Finance, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, Planning, and Materials Management teams across geographies.

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, hold stakeholders accountable, and push for the best business and revenue outcomes rather than accepting sub-optimal results.

  • Acts as a trusted partner between business stakeholders and analytics teams, converting complex supply chain challenges into practical, data-driven solutions.

  • Resourceful, resilient, and solution-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office based role.
