Supply Chain Project Manager - Development of Multi Channel Warehouse & Supply Chain Operations
Husqvarna Group is looking for a process-oriented and customer-focused professional to join us as a Project Manager. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and optimizing global logistics operations in key focus areas of Retail, ecommerce, market place - ensuring that our warehouse and distribution processes deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for our customers.
About the RoleThis role is a unique blend: 70% hands-on logistics process engineering and systems configuration, 30% project coordination and stakeholder communication. You will be the person who both designs the solution and ensures it gets implemented successfully. We are looking for a technically-grounded problem-solver to design, configure, and implement the logistics systems and processes that power our multi-channel operations. In this role, you won't just manage projects—you will get deep into process mapping, WMS/ERP configuration, and systems integration to build the solutions that our warehouses and commercial teams rely on daily.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hands on translation of Retail, e-commerce and Marketplace channel partners specific logistics requirements into efficient, reliable warehouse and distribution processes.
- You will be responsible for mapping, designing, creating specifications, and configuring new logistics processes and supporting IT solutions in our WMS/ERP landscape for multi-channel operations. This includes hands-on testing and validation with internal warehouse teams and external 3PL partners before go-live
- Monitor and manage delivery and quality KPIs, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Communicating with channel partners and internal / external stakeholders
- Travelling to warehouse locations as needed
This position can be based at our office in Huskvarna, Sweden or Ulm, Germany. We offer a flexible hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in the office.
About YouYou are confident and comfortable in communicating with customers, and key stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Hands on experience working with Retail, e-commerce, market place in a warehouse environment.
- You know what is required for warehouse systems to support multi-channel setups (retail, e-commerce, marketplaces).
- Direct experience with packaging, returns, customer specification management, and transport setup in a logistics context.
- Experience working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon) is highly desirable.
We’re looking for a logistics professional with a strong process mindset and a passion for service excellence. You thrive in complex, global environments and have a proven ability to drive performance and process improvements across warehouse and distribution networks.
You are analytical, collaborative, persistent and solutions-oriented, with a deep understanding of logistics operations and customer expectations.
In addition, you bring:
- Experience in warehouse and distribution operations across multiple geographies
- Experience supporting retail, B2C, and marketplace customers
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global functions
- Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Swedish or German based on location is desired
