About the Role
You will join a cross-functional DevOps team responsible for developing and operating the next-generation Service Hub — a modern workshop support system for Husqvarna’s partner network. Service Hub enables firmware updates, troubleshooting, spare parts ordering, and more for dealers worldwide. Your key responsibilities:
- Translate Product Management input into clear technical solutions that deliver measurable customer value.
- Lead technical investigations and maintain accurate, up-to-date system documentation.
- Drive Product Discovery to identify new opportunities and validate feasibility.
- Secure end-to-end solutions that are robust, high quality, and seamlessly integrated across platforms.
- Contribute to architecture forums and long-term planning discussions to shape our digital ecosystem.
Your Profile
We are looking for a System Engineer / Requirement Analyst who brings:
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of software development and a genuine interest in requirement analysis, product discovery, and system design.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering (or equivalent).
Since we are an international department, you express yourself effortlessly in English. Swedish is a plus.

- Target-oriented, analytical, meticulous, and communicative.
- Skilled at understanding customer needs and translating them into technical requirements.
- Curious, open, and eager to learn new technologies with your colleagues.
- Passionate about software development, with a growth mindset and endless curiosity.

Location
Our offices are in Huskvarna, Sweden and Mumbai, India. This position is primarily based in Huskvarna, with the option to work partly remote.
